Q: I don’t know my phone’s model, how can I identify my phone?
To identify the model number of your phone, remove the battery, and locate the ID tag on the phone. The model number is listed on the tag. If you still having a hard time finding your phone model, click

Q: Do you want my accessories?
No. Please do not send any accessories. Just send the phone along with the battery.

Q: Do I need to send my SIM card?
No, SIM card is not required.

Q: What if I want my cell phone back?
Once the phones have been received, they will be returned only if we no longer purchase the phone or the phone is in unacceptable condition. The phones can only be returned at the seller's expense or we can recycle them for free.

Q: How long does it take to get my money?
Your check will be processed after 30 days of receipt of your phone.

Q: What happens if you found my phone to be defective?
If your phone does not meet the terms & conditions, the phone may be rejected and sent back to the seller at seller's expense or the offer will be adjusted accordingly.

Q: What if my phone has a personal lock code?
If your phone has a personal lock code, please unlock the phone or send the code along with the phone. Our technicians cannot test a phone with a lock code activated, therefore the transaction cannot be completed and your phone will be disqualified.
